Important Notices

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the address you provide is valid. If parcel delivery fails due to incorrect addresses or other personal issues from the customer, the package cannot be redirected. In case the package is destroyed, the customer will bear the loss.

Pickup Points: Once the package arrives at the local destination, it may be delivered to a nearby pickup point, requiring the customer to collect it personally. Customers should follow the courier's instructions to receive the package. If the customer fails to collect the package in time, resulting in its return, it cannot be resent.

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
